Shipping & Handling
Items will be be shipped within 3 business days of purchase through Standard Shipping through Australia Post.
After your item has been shipped you will receive a Tracking number via email - please refer to this when finding out where your package is. Standard shipping can generally take between 5-10 days with some changes during busier seasons.
To collect your item in store you can use code PICKUP at check out.
Damage upon arrival
Items will be packaged as securely as possible however if you package happens to arrived broken or damaged you will need to contact our shop within 7 days of receiving your order we will work through this issue together.
As stipulated by Consumer Affairs Victoria Our refund policy is that you are entitled to choose a refund or repair or exchange if the products you have bought are:
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply change of mind. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
We calculate our Goods and Services Tax prior to putting our products online. We will include a receipt in your package after purchase that includes the GST component.
